Our experience with Aerospace instrumentation includes digital and analog data displays, system design, detailed design, test, verification and validation, sensor selection and signal conditioning.  Design processes are based on structured analysis and design methodologies compliant with industry and regulatory standards.  We provide our customers with years of experience in addressing environmental concerns in both the military requirements (MIL-STD-810) and the commercial requirements (DO-160D).  We also have the experience and capability to develop software to the rigorous standards of DO-178B.

Flightline Systems offers servo components and controls, individually or as integrated subassemblies that include AC and DC motors, brushless and brush type; AC induction and synchronous motors; variable reluctance and permanent magnet steppers, DC torquers and torquer-pots; generators and motor generators; gearheads and gear assemblies; synchros, resolvers, RVDTs, LVDTs, and AC tachometers; DC brakes and clutches,brushless DC drive electronics; and servo mechanisms, assemblies and electromechanical actuation systems.

Flightline Systems also provides custom engineered integrated switch panels, annuciators, and fiber-optic displays to meet virtually any requirement.  Our panels feature high reliability, positive tactile response switches and integral lighting to military and commercial standards including NVIS.  Annuciators are available in individual or multi-segmented packages; fiber optic displays in a wide range of configurations. Panels and Horizon integrated instrumentation are available with customliquid crystal displays and LED based display annuciators and graphicswith a variety of communication and interface formats.
